Step 1

Start by rinsing  the oat groats under cool water.

Step 2

Add oats and water into the pot of the pressure cooker.

Step 3

Using the "pressure cook" setting, cook the oat groats on high pressure for 20 minutes.  

Step 4

Allow the Instant Pot to natural pressure release for 10 minutes. Release any remaining pressure

Step 5

Top with the oat groats with the ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
