How to Cook Parboiled Rice in a Rice Cooker
Parboiled rice is a variety of rice that is soft, fluffy and not very sticky.
It also contains more vitamins and minerals than regular white rice.
It is so easy to make parboiled rice in a rice cooker!

Start by rinsing the uncooked rice under cool water.

The water ratio is
1 cup rice
to
1 1/2 cup water

Add the water and rice to the bowl of the rice cooker.
If your rice cooker has different settings, turn it to the white rice setting.

Place the lid on the rice cooker and press the turn it on.
When it's done, carefully remove lid and fluff rice.

Cook time will vary depending on the amount of rice you make and your rice cooker.
For me, 1 cup of rice takes about 30 minutes.
