How to Cook Farro in an Instant Pot

Farro is a delicious whole grain that can be used in soups, salads, risottos, and breakfast recipes. 

It is amazingly easy to cook farro in the Instant Pot and will be ready in about 20 minutes!

Step 1

Start by rinsing  the uncooked farro under cool water.

Step 2

Add farro and water into the bowl of your Instant Pot.

Step 3

Using the "pressure cook" setting, set the pressure to "high" and the cooking time to 7 minutes.

Step 4

Allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then release the remaining steam

Step 5

Serve and Enjoy!
